5 Things Your Visitors are Thinking But Won’t Ask
It’s been said that every church wants to grow. If that is true, are we really poised for growth in the way we treat and attend of our new visitors? While you wouldn’t think so, guest readiness is one of the most important issues facing the church in this present time, and many churches have unintentionally become blind to their own realities.
No matter how good/powerful worship is, it only gets you part of the way to engaging and retaining guests for return visits. Insider language, unspoken rituals, confusing signage and unpreparedness all are huge factors in why visitors do or don’t come back. Much like bad service in a restaurant, even if the food is good, when the experience is bad, patrons won’t return. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Join nationally know worship coach and author Jason Moore as he shares lessened learned from years of secret worshiping in churches large and small. Jason will help identify what the most pressing issues are for new visitors and how to address them with easy to implement ideas and systematic steps.
5 Things will include instruction on how to develop and train a more intentional/welcoming hospitality team, how to and why to develop a formal child check in procedure, how do audit signage, and what to do with with your existing space. All of these things and so much more will help you recognize what you may have been missing for years.
Come with your whole team to experience a workshop will be filled with laughter, fun and practical advice. Come ready to engage in hands-on role playing exercises, work to improve visitor conversations and even learn how to secret worship at partner churches.
