How to Use This Theme
-Â Holy Spirit. Belief in Jesus brings the seal of the promised Holy Spirit, which forms our new identity as God’s children. Who are we? God’s children. (Ephesians 1:11-15)
-Â Humility. John the Baptist’s humble act of redirecting his followers to Jesus is an inspiration to serve without material reward. Who are we? Humble followers of Jesus. (John 1:6-8, 19-28)
-Â Identity. As Christians our unique identity, or the fingerprint of our personhood, is found in Christ: “They will know we are Christians by our love.” Who are we? Ones who love. (John 13:34-35)
-Â Witness. As new creations in Christ we are given the task of ambassadors, reconciling others to God and one another. Who are we? Ambassadors of Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:16-21)
