How to Use This Theme
-Â Diversity. At Pentecost, God formed the church by bringing together many different peoples and languages. (Acts 2:1-13)
-Â Lord’s Supper. As we take and eat the body and blood of Jesus, which was broken and poured out for the forgiveness of sins, we find complete nourishment. (Matt 26:26-29, et al)
-Â Sanctification. We need to keep ourselves spiritually fit with a complete diet of prayer, giving, Bible study and service. (1 Thess 5:23-24)
-Â Spiritual Formation. God calls us to eat the solid food of a spiritually mature life, and not merely subsist on the infant’s milk of a new believer. (1 Cor 3:1-3)
